Hey buddy, can you spare a star?

I hate to ask, but in the world of computer algorithms, reviews really matter.

It’s been a great month since “When He Was Gone” was published. So many friends, family, and others I haven’t even had the chance to meet in person, have been so supportive. We had a great day at the Author & Artisan Market at As the Page Turns in Travelers Rest, and sales through Amazon and Barnes & Noble have been even better than hoped for.

If you have read the book, first of all THANK YOU, and I hope so you liked learning about Elizabeth Garraux’s amazing life. But here is my request — as uncomfortable as it is to ask – I would so appreciate it if you could leave your star rating on Amazon. And if you could leave even a brief comment, it would be SO appreciated. The more responses, the higher the search response. It’s like getting moved from a shelf in the back of the bookstore to a table up front.

We are working on other opportunities for book signings and book talks in our local market and beyond, and I will keep you posted on social media when we have dates set up.

Again – to all who came out to the book event, who’ve purchased and read the novel that is so dear to my heart, thank you. It has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
